To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Details on how we can exchange your item can then be discussed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Of course we understand that the item you have purchased may not fit your dancer and you were unable to try in store when collecting. Please let me know if you need to swap sizing and I can arrange a new size to be put aside for you.
Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to get the product on order in stock or if the customer does not want to wait for its arrival.
